The location of the hotel is perfect. It's very close to Porta Susa train station and in walking distance to the historic centre of Turin. The hotel is modern with lovely , helpful staff. The breakfast was good and very reasonable. Staff in the breakfast room were a little overwhelmed when it was busy on weekends, but on other days it was much better. The room was of a good size, the bed comfy and the bathroom clean.

The breakfast had a good selection, some of the pastries were stale while others were very good. Overall satisfied, what i hated was the music selection for breakfast! Loud rap first thing in the morning is not good for me. The room was good but we could still hear noise, possibly because one of the windows was not closing properly. The staff were lovely and very helpful, we would def stay here again.

The outstanding feature of the hotel is the exceptional standard of service. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful, always smiling and pleased to help in way way possible. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed. Lavazza coffee in room. Location is great. 15 minutes walk to city centre. Metro station is around the corner.
